- To respond to your enquiry or provider-interest request.
- To store quote and reminder requests submitted through the website.
- To contact you about the specific enquiry or reminder request you submitted.
- To share relevant quote enquiry details with an appropriate local service provider, where that is needed to respond to the enquiry.

Consent
Quote enquiry consent and reminder email consent are kept separate. We do not bundle general marketing consent into either checkbox. If general marketing emails are introduced later, they will need a separate opt-in.
Storage And Service Providers
Website form submissions may be stored by Netlify Forms and reviewed by AVH Digital. Where a quote request needs a response from a suitable local provider, relevant enquiry details may be shared with that provider.
Email Reminders
Reminder requests are only for certificate and property-service reminder emails relating to the property details submitted. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting yemi@avhdigital.com.
Retention
We keep enquiry and reminder details only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, keep useful records, comply with obligations, or improve the service.
